Mugwort has long been known as the “dream herb.” For centuries, people have placed dried mugwort under their pillows or burned it before bed to encourage vivid dreams and dream recall. It is also connected to protection, intuition and spiritual practices in European folklore. Our mugwort is grown organically and harvested here at Mingle Hill Farm. For traditional and spiritual use only. Do not use during pregnancy. #mugwort #luciddreaming #luciddreams
